Nicholas Collazo is an attorney at Whisenand & Turner P.A., where he advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses on a wide range of legal and strategic matters. His practice focuses on corporate structuring, trust and estate planning, asset protection, and regulatory compliance, including SEC disclosure obligations.

Nicholas graduated from Florida International University College of Law in 2020. After law school, he served a federal clerkship with the Honorable Jacqueline Becerra in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. At Whisenand & Turner, he works closely with clients to design and implement bespoke legal solutions that address cross-border investments, corporate governance, risk mitigation, and long-term wealth preservation.
